The O'Brien Barn wants your wedding to be a one-of-a-kind experience, for you and all of your guests!

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to confirm a reservation, which is applied to the site fee.  Final rental payment due 30 days prior to your event.

Rental of the barn includes;
  •  use of both levels of the barn (the first floor can handle about 300 guests and tables)
  •  stage and stage lighting
  •  asthetic indoor and outdoor lighting
  •  two bathrooms built in original milk house
  •  parking area in field just below barn 
  •  flower beds 
  •  cow yard adjacent to barn (with cows) 
  •  fire pit , wood included!
O'Brien  Barn staff will provide these facilities cleaned and trimmed ready for you to personalize.

The O'Brien Barn staff will also handle cleanup of the facility after the event.

There are no requirements for vendors, as such we can handle events ranging from fully catered affairs to potluck ho downs!  Whatever is the right arrangement for you
